This belief became the foundation of our Future Coders Initiative — a long-term social responsibility program aimed at helping school students discover programming, build practical skills and develop confidence in their abilities.

The program provides free online workshops, hands-on sessions and thematic seminars designed specifically for teenagers who want to explore software development but may not know where to start. Each workshop is led by LeanCoded engineers, designers and technical leaders who share their knowledge, explain complex ideas in simple language and guide students through real coding assignments. Our approach is practice-oriented: participants do not just listen — they build small applications, experiment with tools, solve challenges and collaborate with peers.

A key element of the initiative is our mentorship format. Students can join small guided groups where they receive personal feedback, help with project ideas and support in mastering new concepts. Each year, LeanCoded organizes a student project challenge as part of the initiative. Winners receive certificates, mentoring sessions and additional opportunities to continue their learning journey.

The Future Coders Initiative is open to students from any location and does not require prior experience. We provide all learning materials online and make participation accessible on any device. For those showing exceptional motivation, LeanCoded offers extended learning paths, personalized guidance and recommendations for further study.
